I really don’t think the guy was any danger to anybody.  He was breaking the law, sure….but I don’t think breaking our the tazer was the right thing to do.  What’s so wrong with a little nakedness?  Specially at an outdoor festival, where it’s HOT!  Maybe concern for the children?  I only saw a couple of kids the whole day, and they’ve gotta learn sooner or later about drugged or drunk naked wizards.  They’re a fact of life.
